Ted Youmans

Ted has dedicated his life to adoption law. He seeks to see ethical and competitive standards throughout adoption, dependance, and foster law. Ted also seeks to see the people he works with to thrive, volunteering his time at various organizations that support single mothers, education, and the underserved.
